Making a Purchase

Making a purchase is easy and straight forward and can be done over the internet safely by credit card or debit card.  However if you prefer to speak to us directly and/or would like to pay by cheque please don't hesitate to contact us by any of the above methods. Currency to be paid in Pounds Sterling.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 15% VAT is added.

Delivery Charges

Delivery on all items is FREE OF CHARGE for orders over £150.00 throughout mainland UK only regardless of quantity.
We regret that orders from overseas cannot be serviced at this moment in time and delivery is to UK mainland only

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order.

Delivery Lead Times

Speed Range Lockers:  Delivery lead times normally within 8 working days from placement of order.  Day of order placement is classed as day 0.  Please note  the invoice will always show the latest planned deliver by date unless specific delivery dates have been agreed.For larger quantities the delivery would be extended and would be confirmed by 3d Storage Systems at time of order placement.

Other Manufactured Items:  Usually within 15-18 working days from order.
Special Locks: Approx 4-6 working weeks

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.  We may delivery goods before the quoted delivery date on giving you reasonable notice.

Shipping and Handling

Standard delivery is assumed to allow clear access by a vehicle - pf i tp 40ft trailer size - to a ground floor location.  It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that adequate labour or manned handling equipment is available to off load at the delivery point.

Waiting Time

Waiting time will be charged for any delay, should unloadin gnot commence within 30 minutes of the vehicle arriveing at the site at the rate of £30.00 per half hour up to a maximum of 1 hour, after which it will be at 3D Storage Systems discretio to pull off site.  Failed and Repeat delivery conditions would then apply.

Failed and Repeat Deliveries

Failed and repeat deliveries will be charged at cost dependant on location and required delivery date and time.

Orders

All orders placed by you will be on a "firm sale" basis.  We do not operated a "sale or return" policy.
Responsibility for accuracy of all orders placed is down to the customer.

Prices

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.  It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.  We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.  We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently underpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supplya particular product for some reason.  In the case of a change of price,we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Risk of Damage to Goods

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you where the goods or any part therof leave our premises for delivery toyou, notwistanding that we may arrange for delivery.

Liabilities

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the foods arising from any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instruction where oral or in wiriting, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without our approval.

You will notify us of any claim you make based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with specification shall (whether or not you refuse delivery) with 3 days from the date of delivery or (where the defect or failure was not apparent on reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure.  If you do not refuse delivery and do not notify us accordingly, you will not be entitled to reject the goods and we shall have no liability for such defect or failure, and you will be bound to pay the price as if the goods had been delivered in accordance with the contract.

Where you notify us of any claim in respect of any of the goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification in accordance with these conditions, we shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, remedy the defect at the sellers cost but ain no circumstances should the sellers liability to the buyer exceed the value of the defective goods in question or,at our sole discretion, refund the price of the goods, (or a proportionate part of the price).

Returns

At the discretion of 3D Storage Systems and agreed in writing.

Cancellation of Order

We will only accept cancellation or an order on condition that you remiburse us in full all costs and expenses incurred by us and arising from the cancellation (whether directly or indirectly) and all loss of profits and other loss, damages, costs, charges and expenses resulting to or incurred as a result.
